With a choice of offices from 80 to 750 sq. ft. and configurable space up to 2,540 sq. ft. We can comfortably serve businesses from 1 to 50 employees. Our flexible contracts give you the freedom on where your business is based as you are not tied into a long-term commitment with us. If you just need temporary, short term office space, we can offer a 3-month lease.
Our office spaces to rent in Battersea are protected by PIN code access and secure, intercom-controlled entrance. The facility is gated with a perimeter fence, and CCTV allowing you to safely come and go as you please.
Offices are rented unfurnished and the rental cost is fully inclusive. Each office is equipped with air conditioning and heating and you will have full access to shared meeting rooms, kitchen and toilet facilities.
Sited next door to our offices we provide state-of-the-art storage facilities. Should you need extra low-cost space to store supplies or run your operations from we have storage units from 10 to 3,275 sq. ft. for rent.
Our friendly reception staff are on hand Monday – Friday 08.30 - 18.00, Saturday 08.30 - 17.00 and Sunday 10.00 - 16.00. Outside of reception hours, we provide extended access to your office from 7:00 to 23:00 so that you can work to your time frame.
