Parking your vehicle with Access Self Storage is straightforward and flexible. Our expert team will help you choose the right vehicle parking for your needs.
Firstly, decide what length of time you would initially like to store for – we offer vehicle parking for as little as seven days – and how many vehicles you require parking spaces for. Next, contact your nearest Access Self Storage store for a quote.
Once your vehicle storage is arranged, we will check that you have valid tax and insurance. You won’t need separate storage insurance for vehicles as you would for other items stored in a unit.
Once you’ve driven it in and parked in your allocated space, your vehicle will be protected by 24 hour CCTV monitoring and will only be accessible using a PIN at the security gate.
Once you’ve decided what type of storage you need and how long you need it for, simply contact your local store to arrange your car storage agreement.
Before signing your agreement, you’ll need to show us your V5C vehicle registration certificate (log book) and a copy of your valid insurance policy document.
We’ll also need photo proof of your identity (such as a passport or driving licence) and proof of your UK address (such as a bank statement or a utility bill for the current period).
If you’re not the vehicle’s legal owner, you’ll need to provide a letter from the legal owner confirming that you have the authority to store their vehicle and sign the contract on their behalf
Once your documentation has been checked and your agreement is signed, you can drive your vehicle straight into its parking space and gain access to it whenever you need to.
When you no longer need to store your vehicle, you can easily cancel your contract by simply giving us a month’s notice.
Our vehicle storage service is flexible and competitively priced. Our car storage prices are dependent on location and the size of the space you need.
When you sign your agreement, we require a deposit of one month’s rent for your parking space.
Our parking plans are based around monthly payments, with payment due on the first of each month. You can set up a monthly direct debit or make single payments using your credit card or debit card.
