Last Christmas, gifts were distributed across dozens of charities across the UK and this year we have decided to do it again!
Local residents and customers can donate their brand new and unwrapped toys, gifts, food donations for the charity at their closest store or decide to donate at any of the Access Self Storage locations around the country.
All brand new gifts, toys and food donations will be accepted but if you’re seeking Christmas inspiration, a suggested gift list includes;
Jan Albert Fourie, General Manager of Operations at Access Self Storage commented, "Our stores work closely with their local communities and each year build upon this campaign. We hope that this 10th anniversary year will enable us to smash the 20,000 donated gifts barrier, and that people in need across the UK will be treated to a gift this year. If all our customers and our local communities get behind the campaign it will make a huge difference.”
Staff have already begun collecting in store and people are invited to bring their gift donations in to the store between 13th November – 11th December, ahead of the charity collection and distribution in time for Christmas.

Access Self Storage Northampton - collecting tinned food and warm coats for Northampton Hope Charity
Access Self Storage Kingston - collecting all types of small unopened gifts from toiletries shampoos, soaps, make-up, skin care, to gloves, hats and books for the patients at Kingston Hospital Charity
Access Self Storage West Norwood - collecting tents, sleeping bags, shoes, warm clothing, jackets, sanitising items, and toiletries for Get Rid of and Donate
Access Self Storage Harrow - collecting tinned food including tinned vegetables, meats and desserts, jarred spreads, jams, toilet rolls and toiletries for Harrow Foodbank
Access Self Storage Isleworth - collecting unwanted, unopened toys and books for the children at That's a Wrap
Access Self Storage Derby - collecting unopened advent calendars and toiletry sets for Doorways Derby
Access Self Storage Wimbledon - collecting second hand children’s clothes and small gifts for the children who use Victoria Drive Community Wardrobe
We believe everyone deserves a new gift at Christmas so we are unable to take used or second hand items for the Christmas gift appeal.
